Level 6 Diploma In Teaching Business English is designed to provide teachers, trainers and course organisers working in the field of Business English. It equips them with specific knowledge, skills and approaches to train business learners.
The course aims are to develop an awareness of the learners of Business English, their motivations and the roles of the teacher and the learner; and to develop skills for teaching Business English, on or off-site. The course also develops familiarity with appropriate resources and materials for use with Business English learners. Candidates should already have a basic TESOL/TEFL qualification and some teaching experience.
Course programme consists of about 20 hours modules covering key areas in the Teaching of Business English Learners.

Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages is the most widely recognized qualification for English language teachers who want to become expert in the industry. It is highly reputed due to its challenging expectations and thorough curriculum. TESOL is considered as a minimum requirement for the position of a Director in language-teaching institutions both locally, in Asia, Eastern Europe and world over. To many employers, TESOL is seen as a welcomed qualification for the position of a manager and trainer in their English teaching Institution. Dip.TESOL course allows native and non native speakers of the English language to train to become English language teacher trainer and manager. The course is helpful to those who are already in the ESOL professionals.
- - Applications for course - participation must be aged 23 or over (generally recommended)
- - Have an awareness of language and a competence in English, both written and spoken, that enables
- the participants to undertake the course and prepare for teaching a range of levels.
- - Have the potential to develop the necessary skills to become effective teachers and to successfully
- complete the written assignments and the assessment of teaching practice.
- - Have a standard of education equivalent to TESOL 120H or university degree + 2years of ELT practice.

By course completion, students will:

•know the principles on which modern language teaching is based
•understand what phonetic and phonology are
•know which methodologies can be used to teach English
•know how to use materials and aids to teach English in the class
•know how to organise the class
•know how to design lesson plans
Preferably, students should have a degree-equivalent qualification. However, the most important consideration is that students must be fluent in both oral and written English.
